Business Development Representative 

Job Description:

Catelas is looking for a BDR to help build the sales teams success. This is the start to position yourself within a successful sales team. We’re looking for a hard working, competitive and self-motivated individual who has exceeded in similar roles and who wants to grow their career in the fast paced world of sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high volume and targeted prospecting for qualified leads
  • Work closely and collaboratively with assigned Sales Representatives to develop and implement appropriate prospect strategies and plans
  • Work internally with the sales management and marketing teams to ensure proper quality of demonstrations
  • Schedule online product demonstrations for the sales team

Requirements:

  • Fluent English
  • Previous experience in a sales type or prospecting roles OR a interest in selling
  • The ability and desire to work in a fast paced challenging environment
  • The desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals
  • Ability to deal with objection and rejection
  • Fanatical attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • A sharp focus on your goals
  • Tons of energy, passion, humor, compassion and enthusiasm
  • BA/BS degree
