Catelas is looking for a BDR to help build the sales teams success. This is the start to position yourself within a successful sales team. We’re looking for a hard working, competitive and self-motivated individual who has exceeded in similar roles and who wants to grow their career in the fast paced world of sales.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct high volume and targeted prospecting for qualified leads
- Work closely and collaboratively with assigned Sales Representatives to develop and implement appropriate prospect strategies and plans
- Work internally with the sales management and marketing teams to ensure proper quality of demonstrations
- Schedule online product demonstrations for the sales team
Requirements:
- Fluent English
- Previous experience in a sales type or prospecting roles OR a interest in selling
- The ability and desire to work in a fast paced challenging environment
- The desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals
- Ability to deal with objection and rejection
- Fanatical attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- A sharp focus on your goals
- Tons of energy, passion, humor, compassion and enthusiasm
- BA/BS degree
